With the 2015 Rugby World Cup in full swing, places like Twickenham and Richmond are awash with the colours and flags of the thousands of fans eagerly awaiting their next qualifier game. But with still over three weeks of matches still to play, many of the fans are already looking for something to amuse them in-between the games. From the top-deck of a vintage London Routemaster bus, you can celebrate the careers of the some of the 20th century's most iconic musicians. The hop on hop off bus tour is an exciting journey back in time to the birth of modern rock from The Rolling Stones, Deep Purple, Pink Floyd to David Bowie! The tour even passes Twickenham Studios where The Beatles filmed ‘Help’ and ‘A Hard Day’s Night'.

Speaking just one week into the Rugby World Cup, the Swinging 60s Bus Tour creator Paul Endacott said, “The atmosphere in and around Twickenham and Richmond is fantastic and very colourful with the worldwide rugby fan representation. The Swinging 60s Bus Tour has also been endorsed by some of the music greats who help give the tour its rich tapestry of content. Steve Hackett the ex-Genesis guitarist made a guest appearance on the tour during July as well as Atomic Rooster's Peter French has also been on the bus.

Operating every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 11am until 6pm and lasting around 60 minutes it’s the ideal escape for music loving rugby fans!
