About Café de Chinitas:
Sit down to a steaming bowl of the finest homemade paella and a glass of sangria at Cafe De Chinitas flamenco restaurant. Set inside a large 18th century house on Calle Torija this iconic venue was conceived as a family business in 1969 and was officially founded in 1970.
Their 90 minute shows feature a classic 'cuadro' troupe of dancers, singers and guitarists; amongst whom where once some of the style's greatest performers. The likes of Maria Albaicin and José Mercé have graced Café De Chinitas' stage, and they continue to attract promising talent to this day.
As for the atmosphere, its walls sport an Art Nouveau palette that incorporates gentle modern twists and traditional motifs such as Spanish shawls and bullfighting iconography.
