Tour Route Details:
After setting off from Waterloo Place in one of Rabbies' luxury Mercedes mini-coaches you'll travel to the Scottish border town of Jedburgh. Feel free to have a walk around the town's 900-year old streets. The next stop is right on the border at Carter Bar, after which you pass into Northumberland National Park, taking a westerly road towards the remains of Hadrian's Wall.
Following a pause for lunch it's onto Birdoswald Roman Fort, one of the best preserved of the sixteen Roman Forts along the length of Hadrian's Wall. Birdoswald is the last stop in Northern England before the day tour heads back to Edinburgh via Melrose.
