About The Historic Scotland Explorer Pass:
Historic Scotland (now Historic Environment Scotland) is the executive agency of the Scottish government tasked with maintaining and promoting Scotland's historically significant buildings, landscapes, famous sites, relics and much more. This offer courtesy of their organisation is the ultimate money and time saving discount pass to more of the country's historic sites than you could possibly do in a week.
By visiting just 2 of their 77 attractions you start to save money and in some cases jump to the front of lengthy queues. 3 and 7 day Explorer Passes available - ideal for long holidays or short breaks. A handful of the great attractions include: Edinburgh Castle, Linlithgow Palace, Stirling Castle and Urquhart Castle.

Historic Scotland's excellent attractions are by no means limited to a particular geographic area. If you have the time and want to see and do as much as possible then your itinerary could take you from the Borders, all across the central belt and up to the Highlands and Islands. Tickets are also very flexible, with 3-Day passes usable over 5 days, and 7-Day passes usable over 14 days.
