1) Classic 1-Day Ticket:

The 'Classic 1-Day' bus tour of New York City is ideal for those looking to get a quick overview of Manhattan. It features three colour-coded routes, the red Downtown Loop, the blue Uptown Loop and the purple Midtown Loop. All three feature digital audio commentary in 10 languages alongside live English commentary. Be sure to check out the following sightseeing highlights on each route:

  • Downtown Tour Loop:

Lower Manhattan is usually that first place we see in any film or TV opening shot with NYC as a setting. Aboard your Big Bus open-top sightseeing bus you'll get to visit such sights as the Statue of Liberty and The Empire State Building.

  • Uptown Tour Loop:

A journey round Manhattan simply isn't complete without visiting the centrepiece's of its upper portion. Take a stroll in gorgeous Central Park, browse exotic wares in the Harlem Market and marvel in the Metropolitan Museum of Art.

  • Midtown Tour Loop.

2) Deluxe 2-Day Ticket:

For sightseers planning a longer stay there's the 'Deluxe 2-Day' ticket. This tour includes all of the above routes, in addition to the Brooklyn Loop, the New York Night Bus Tour, and a Hornblower Harbour Cruise.

  • Brooklyn Tour Loop:

Cross the Manhattan bridge to into Brooklyn and come face-to-face with New York's lesser paraded gems. The majestic Grand Army Plaza and adjacent Prospect Park with its own zoo are must-sees in this borough. Treat yourself to a dining experience in its culturally diverse restaurants.

The Brooklyn Loop begins from Stop 11 - Brooklyn Bridge/City Hall. It lasts approximately 1 hour 30 minutes and daily departures run every hour between 10:00 and 15:00. Travellers will be able to hop-off at Prospect Park & Zoo.

  • Night Bus Tour:

If you love sleepless New York enough not to be caught dead without your 'I love NY' t-shirt then Big Bus' Night Tour is your definitive urban pilgrimage. Bask in a magical 1 hour 45 minute open-top bus journey through dancing lights and incandescent skyscrapers. It departs every night from stop 17 (Times Square, 48th Street and 7th Avenue) at 18:00.

  • Hornblower Harbour Cruise:

For many in the late 19th and early 20th centuries the first glimpse of their new and free life came in the form of Lady Liberty and the Manhattan skyline. This free 1 hour harbour cruise adds an unmissable extra perspective to anyone's New York experience. Start it by heading along to Pier 15 at South Street Seaport. Note that you should first exchange your email voucher for tickets with the Big Bus tour staff. Once aboard a live guide will be on-hand to explain the sights and histories surrounding the Hudson and East Rivers.


3) Big Apple 3-Day Ticket:

The Big Apple Package includes everything the Deluxe does, but with the addition of free entry to the Museum of the City of New York. It's also valid for 3-days as opposed to two.


4) The Liberty Package:

The Liberty Package also includes everything the Deluxe does, but with this one you get entry to the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island. Please note, however, that the Liberty ferry is not included in the price.


5) The Big Adventure Pass:

As well as including the three Manhattan loops, the Brooklyn Tour and discounts at selected restaurants, the 2-Day Big Adventure Pass includes a choice of 3 attractions (5 if you pick the 3-Day Pass). See here for a list of included attractions.
