About Prague's Bike Tours:

See the best of the Czech capital on two wheels with one of our four daily cycling tours. Operated by the team of local professionals, each participant is issued with their own electronically assisted bike and safety helmet. In some cases, such as on the Blue 'Viewpoint' and Black 'Evening' Tour, you'll also have the option of riding a traditional non-powered pedal bike.

Don't worry if you're unfamiliar with the equipment, each tour begins with a short orientation session covering controls and other features. Afterwards, you and your guide will set off on an exciting journey through the historical heart of Prague. Details of each of the four tours are available below, and a map showing the routes is available to view/download here.

Note that there will be regular stops for photos, interesting commentary and at least one refreshment break where you'll be given a free drink.

After a short ride along the waterfront you'll cross over into Letna park via Štvanice Island, where the Expo '58 Pavilion and Prague Metronome are located. From here you'll ascend the slopes of Prague Castle, following a leafy route around the district's outer rim before eventually passing Strahov Monastery.

Admire the area's beautiful medieval surrounds as you cycle down adjacent Strahovská road, a tree-lined passage leading into the heart of Petřín Park. Arguably the most scenic portion of the tour, Petřín offers stunning panoramic views across the east side of Prague. Snap a few pictures while atop the hill before briefly dipping into Smíchov then venturing into Nové Město (New Town). During your cycle through the New Town you'll see Frank Gehry's famous Dancing House as well as the National Theatre.

The final stretch of the Blue 'Viewpoints' bike tour takes you through the centre of the Old Town, where you'll see the Estates Theatre and Old Town Square. The latter is home to Church of Our Lady before Týn and the Astronomical Clock.

Spend some time admiring the area's picturesque medieval surroundings before embarking eastwards past Petřín Lookout Tower, St. Nicholas Church, the Lennon Wall and Charles Bridge.
