About The Sex And The City Hotspots Tour:
On Location Tours are offering this exciting Manhattan experience based on the hit HBO television series Sex and the City. Many scenes from the show where shot on location in downtown New York City at some of the best hotels, shops and restaurants.
The journey is mainly conducted from a tour coach, but there will be ample opportunity to get out on-foot for photos, close ups of filming locations, shopping and food. As well as being an essential tour for fans it is also an all-round entertaining city experience that anyone looking to have a good time can appreciate.

- 5th Avenue & 58th Street (in front of the Pulitzer Fountain)

The tour is guided by a locally based New York actress who has the passion and experience to deliver an fun and unforgettable time. Starting in front of the Pulitzer Fountain at 5th Ave and 58th St you will be picked up by a comfortable, modern tour coach. The first leg of the tour travels into Midtown where you'll see sites such as the restaurant where Samantha Jones met her senior citizen millionaire, and the department store where the Carrie and Co. discussed Alexander Petrovsky.
From Midtown the tour proceeds in Greenwich Village and SoHo. The area includes a chance to see places such as Charlotte’s gym and Aidan’s Furniture Company. There will be a 20-minute break wherein you can browse the boutiques on Bleecker Street and afterwards there will be a walk around Greenwich Village, where the exterior shots of Carrie Bradshaw's apartment building were taken. You'll also head over to 'Scout', the bar Aidan and Steve opened on the show, for a few drinks and relaxation.
As well as touring scenes from the television show you'll see ones from the Sex and the City Movie as well. Parts of it were filmed in the Meat Packing District which also includes the delightful Asian cuisine restaurant, Buddakan, and shops where Sarah Jessica Parker modelled for clothes by Diane Von Furstenberg.
