Impaired Mobility | This is Holland is accessible for wheelchair and wheeled walker users. Priority access is provided by means of the lift near the main entrance. Wheelchair users who are unable to leave their wheelchairs unassisted can still enjoy the flight experience from a stationary platform in the theatre.
During the 8-minute flight, they will be accompanied by a member of staff. For safety reasons, accompanying persons are not permitted to remain with them while the simulator is active. Persons accompanying wheelchair users are admitted free of charge, though no more than one person is allowed to be classed as the primary caregiver.
Guide Dogs | Registered guide dogs are permitted inside This Is Holland. Note that staff may request to see a medical certificate.
Storage | Visitors are required to store large backpacks and bags in the secure lockers near the entrance. Handbags no larger than 297 mm x 420 mm may be taken into the attraction, but they must be placed under your chair while in the Flying Theatre. There are no storage facilities for suitcases and trolley bags, or large items such as prams, strollers and folding bicycles.
