Tickets: All tickets/vouchers are sent by email to the email address entered during the booking process. It is the customers responsibility to make sure the email address is entered correctly. Tickets/voucher confirmation emails are sent immediately after successful booking transaction. If you do not receive your email/ticket/voucher you must contact CityXplora as soon as possible by email. All sales from this site are final, tickets, e-tickets or e-vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded by CityXplora.
Use of this site: In order to purchase tickets from this site using the payment methods available you must be over 18 years of age. By using the site you confirm that you possess the legal authority to enter into the site’s conditions including any instructions to collect payments. You confirm that all information supplied is true and accurate.
Ticket use: In order to verify genuine e-tickets or e-vouchers the email information needs to show the time and date of electronic delivery when presented to any operator or vendor. Operators or vendors may reserve the right to refuse e-tickets or e-vouchers that do not show this information. All online tickets are sold on the understanding that any pre-paid e-ticket or e-voucher MUST be exchanged for a valid travel or entry ticket on arrival at destination. Please make ensure you have a working printer before you proceed with any booking. NO TICKET NO TRAVEL or ADMISSION. Clear instructions on where e-ticket or e-voucher can be exchanged is included in the email information.
All e-ticket or e-vouchers are normally valid for 3 months from the date of sale unless where otherwise stated. Tickets are non-transferable.
Entry: Is subject to the individual tour or attractions own terms and conditions. CityXplora has no control or responsibility for this or any waiting times.
Discount codes: Cannot be applied to previously placed and paid for bookings. Codes that offer a percent off can be used with single of combined product bookings. Only one discount code can be used at one time against one booking. Codes are not transferable or redeemable for cash or credit. Certain products are excluded from promo codes. See the specific details of the promo code for a list of excluded products. To apply a discount code, you must enter it prior to completing the booking. Certain activities have closeout periods to control participant numbers. If you would like to book an activity within its closeout period, let us know by contacting (firstname.lastname@example.org) and we'll confirm availability. Be advised, however, that certain closeout periods cannot be circumvented due to vendor requirements. Activities may also be unavailable for operational or seasonal reasons.
Payments: All payment transactions [either GBP£, EURO€ or USD$] are handled by CityXplora. Your credit card, debit card and personal details are collected by CityXplora only in order to process your order. You agree that you are responsible for all charges incurred by your use of this site, which includes any bookings made. You authorise CityXplora to charge the payment method submitted by you or listed within your account for any outstanding fees, charges or costs due to CityXplora. If the credit card or debit card holder is not you, it will be your responsibility to ensure that you have the holder’s consent before entering any related details, and that any such details when entered are true.
Modifications to the site content and product offers: CityXplora reserve the right to make changes or corrections, alter, suspend or discontinue any aspects of the Site or to the products or services offered through the Site without prior notice. CityXplora will however attempt to honour where feasible any existing bookings or provide a refund in the event of unavoidable cancellations by operators or vendors.
Availability: CityXplora reserve the right at any time and from time to time discontinue or modify the site or any of its products or services offered without notice. However, we will honour any existing bookings or offer refunds in the event of unavoidable product cancellations, removal or changes to products and services offered.
Complaints: Should you have reason to complain about any of the products or services offered by CityXplora, please note that this needs to be done within 14 days of using any e-ticket, e-voucher, tour or product offered by CityXplora. Any complaints must be accompanied by your unique CityXplora booking reference number found on your original booking. If you do have any complaints you can contact us here.
